How to Get on Our List
Placing a Spot Deposit is super easy. We originally would only take deposits after the puppies were born and I posted the puppies for the public to see. But this caused a problem as serious buyers weren’t aware before newer followers. So if you would like 24hrs to look at the litter once one they are born you may put down a Spot Deposit of $100. This Spot Deposit goes towards your Hold Deposit of $500 on a puppy.
What is a Spot Deposit and a Hold Deposit?
As far as a Spot Deposit, or a spot on the notification list, We allow the people with $100 Spot Deposits to look at each litter first. We go in the order that the Spot Deposits are received. Once the family has had a chance to make a selection or pass, We let the next family with a Spot Deposit on the list look at the litter. If they see what they are looking for they have the opportunity to place a deposit to hold their new puppy, or a Hold Deposits. Only then, after we have gone down the deposit list is the litter made public. All deposits are non-refundable.
We do not accept PayPal nor Personal Checks. We do accept Cash, Venmo, Applepay, and Postal Money Orders.
With the $100 Spot Deposit, if you don’t see what you want in the litter presented to you, you can move the deposit to an upcoming litter.
Once a puppy is chosen, the remainder of the Hold Deposit of $400 is due in order to hold a specific puppy from a specific litter. That full Hold deposit can also be made as well with any upcoming or current litter.
For Full Rights, a Hold deposit of $750 is required.
Paying in Full for your Puppy
ALL PUPPIES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY THE TIME THE PUPPY IS 8 WEEKS OF AGE.
A Hold Deposit can be moved to a different litter but only if approved by the breeder first.
ALL PUPPIES ARE SOLD AS PETS ONLY UNLESS BREEDING PROGRAMS ARE VERIFIED FOR FULL RIGHTS.

Due to increased expenses of vet costs, food and operational costs, prices below are effective April 1, 2021:
-Mini Schnoodles start at $1595
-Teacup Schnauzers are $2500. This excludes puppies that are colored Wheaton or Sable, pricing is based on depth of color and those puppies will be priced individually.
Miniature Schnauzer prices are by COLOR, not by gender and are as follows;
-All Parti colors excluding Merle, Red, and Roan colors are $1695
-Salt & Pepper and Liver Pepper are $1795
-Liver, White and Black/Black w/White touches are $1895
-Liver Tan, Black & Silver and Merle are $1995
-Wheaton, Sable, Black & Tan and Red Wheaton are priced based on depth of color
-Flashy Phantom colors (In Black and Silver, Salt and Pepper, & Liver Tan) are $2195
If ANY color pet puppy has a blue eye/eyes, $350 will be added to the cost.
Pet Price means you are NOT purchasing papers. The puppy will not come with AKC registration. We also require that the puppy be spayed/neutered between the ages of 8-12 months to help prevent health issues pertaining to growth and development.
If requesting full rights, a deposit of $750 is required.

Phantom Colors, Ticked, and Merle are priced depending on the intensity of what is shown. Please contact us for pricing when wanting breeding rights.

All our puppies start early neurological training at 3 days old. I seen amazing results in my puppies doing this. Please do some research on this yourself, it makes a big difference! Puppies start puppy pad/litter training at 3 weeks old, potty training outside and socializing at 5 weeks old. They are raised INSIDE our home, in our custome made dog room and Whelping rooms. This allows them to be ready to be pets and they become used to the sounds of a household. They are around men, women, children, other dogs and cats. Puppies will come home up to date on vaccinations and deworming, dew claws removed, tails docked, introduced to independent time in kennel at 6 weeks old, and starting at 7 weeks old puppies will be taken outside some during the day as weather allows. They are all vet checked prior to leaving and have a clear fecal test. They come with lots of educational information, a blanket with mom’s scent and a toy. Puppies go home at 8 weeks old unless otherwise specified by our vet. We also have a 3 year health guarantee or a 7 year health guarantee if you continue your pups on Nuvet vitamins.💎
